National Association for
Accounting Administration:
|
The MAAA is an organization benefiting firm
administrators, directors of administration, administrative partners and others. There is participation from small and second-tiered firms, as
well as significant involvement from national firms. The association provides valuable information on accounting
firm administration and serves as one of the professions premier resources.
It offers forums on issues such as marketing, time management, the
administrators role in peer reviews, personnel law, technology and much more.
The National Conference is held in a different city each year, usually
during the third week of June. The
association also offers regional conferences in the fall and boasts 15 regional
chapters across the country, each with their own programs. Our Michigan chapter
meets on a monthly basis, excluding tax season, unless we can arrange a phone
conference to everyone's benefit. For more information, please contact any of the officers. Also, for additional information on the national association please visit their web site at: www.cpaadmin.org |
